Delivery times are estimated and might differ based on the amount of orders and product type. You will see final costs and delivery times in the order checkout. 

Clothing/textile

Please check estimated shipping tab on each product page. To stay in line with our sustainability efforts, all our textile products are print on demand to avoid excess waste. For this reason there is a longer shipping time.  

Where do we ship?

Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally and worldwide.
• We ship from our warehouse locations in Canada, UK, US, EU & South Africa. 

• Local orders for our packs take 2-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-3 business days. We do not package and ship products on weekends and holidays. 
• On average, International orders take 8-15 business days to be delivered via Canada Post, Royal Mail, DHL, Fedex, USPS, ParcelForce or Purolator. 
• International orders ship within same 1-2 business days.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping tracking ID

• All orders are sent through recorded courier. You will have to sign for your package unless otherwise instructed. 
• When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, they will automatically send you and email with the tracking ID. 
• Issuing a tracking ID can take a few days depending on the shipping method chosen. 

Returns and Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 60-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund or the option for a replacement. Please get in touch with us as soon as you can to avoid any issues. 
• Timing: we have a 60-days Return & Exchange Policy, from the day your item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please complete the KiffLab returns form or email info@kifflab.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. We insist customers get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund/replacement.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied through the customer's original payment method shortly after.

Orders

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-3 business days.

Confirmation email

• We send out an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you have not received an email from us please check your spam/junk mail. If you've checked your spam/junk folders and still cannot locate your confirmation or shipping emails, send us a quick request here. 

Tracking number

• When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, they will automatically send you and email with the tracking ID. 
• Issuing a tracking ID can take a few days depending on the shipping method chosen. 
• If you do not receive your tracking ID email after a few days please check your spam/junk mail. If the email is not in those folders either, please contact us here. 

Payment Methods

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. Depending on your location you can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay & Shop Pay.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than Canadian dollars. 

Taxes

Products purchased in Canada & the US will have a sales tax applied at checkout. 

Products purchased in the United Kingdom, European Union and South Africa have the sales taxes applied on the advertised price. No additional tax will be applied at checkout. 

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy. Any products purchased outside the regions mentioned above do not have sales tax applied to the sale price. The customer will be responsible for any customs charges when the order arrives in their country. 

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You will need to contact your local customs  office for more information. Unfortunately, KiffLab do not have any control over the customs process and are not responsible for any customs charges.

The customs value is made up of:

• the price paid for the goods,
• the insurance cost,
• the shipping cost.

Following Brexit the UK now has preferred trading agreements with most EU countries. Any duty and Tax commitments are advised by the EU country's Customs Authority at the time of entry. Any charges for duty and Tax are to be paid by the customer prior to release for delivery by our courier and customers are advised to deal with the individual country's tax requirements.
